In our fast moving, quickly changing world, Self-Care is an essential skill.
A vibrant and benevolent energetic vibration is the most precious gift you can give to yourself and the world around you.
Francoise invites you to explore the ways you already take care of yourself. Do you hike? Do you garden? Do you play/listen to music? Most of us are fortunate enough to have found the activities that suit our moods and help us feel better.
And what else is there? What mindfulness tools could you add to your life traveler kit to help you step into the next level of vibration and consciousness for a fuller, freer and richer life.
We will touch upon the richness of modern and traditional contemplative practices and who knows? You might discover what you've been looking for.

Francoise is a classical yogini. She earned her first Yoga Teacher Certificate with the Ananda Fellowship in San Francisco in 1982. She is a registered Art therapist and encourages her students to explore creative and contemplative practices to suit their temperament and life style.
Francoise has lived and worked internationally all her life. She is a translator and an interpreter. She is past staff member of the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland where she led group meditation and creativity workshops. She now serves as a Resource person for the Findhorn Foundation and Community.
Francoise just returned to the Greater Boston area after spending two years in France supporting her frail aging mother with eldercare and family reconciliation. While in France she developed a network of conscious evolution showcasing what is heart-centered and innovative in French speaking Europe.
