Come learn about the benefits of pure essential oils as medicine to support healthy living.  This presentation will be given by Dawn Griffith-Molina, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.  Essential oils may be used as an alternative to harsh chemicals used in household cleaning; as well as assisting with ailments, such as:

● anxiety/sleep disorders
● skin issues/acne/rashes
● allergies/cold/flu
● fatigue/depression
● focus/concentration
● joint/muscle pain
● digestive issues

Dawn Griffith-Molina is a mother of 6 children (ages 7-19). She is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and focuses on healing her clients by using food and essential oils as medicine. She believes in a whole food, nutrient dense diet, with an emphasis on cultured/fermented dairy and vegetables. Dawn is originally from Queens, NY, but has been living in Northern Virginia for almost 20 years.

Tom, I'm glad you can make it on Thursday. It's fine that you have to leave early. I will give all guests reading plenty of material (and a few small goodies), which will include websites about the benefits of oils.

I'd love to attend all these winter meetings. Each topic is very interesting and necessary. Night driving and winter weather are the only evil things preventing me. :)
