Afro Free Culture Crowdsourcing Wikimedia (AfroCROWD) is a new initiative which seeks to increase the number of people of African Descent actively editing Wikipedia. Become a part of the Wikimedia and free knowledge, culture and software movements and help close the multicultural and gender gaps in Wikipedia. Visit us at http://www.afrocrowd.org to find out more.

Beginners welcome.

All languages welcome including English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, Yoruba and others. Wikipedia comes in 285 languages and you are welcome to edit it in any of them or translate from one language to another.

Light Refreshments will be available.

We have about 30 laptops available. So we don't run out, bring your own if you can or are driving. This is not a requirement.
