The Blues of Lemon Hill!

The beautiful blue Asiatic Dayflowers are finally in bloom!  With its mild flavor, the Asiatic Dayflower is a favorite among Wild Foodies.  But there are other blue flowering wild edibles around, namely chicory and spiderwort.  With over 50 wild edibles to learn about, Lemon Hill is always amazing us.  Hope to see you there!

PS:  Park on Sedgely Rd since the free parking lot has a 2 hour limit.

* Foragers need a good guidebook.  I highly recommend: Edible Wild Plants, A North American Field Guide, by Thomas S. Elias & Peter A. Dykeman.

!What a fantastic introduction to foraging! Sibylle, my wife and I were overwhelmed with Lynn's knowledge and her ability to share it so freely and copiously with everyone. We are looking forward to the next trip.

I wish I could be there, but I'm never available Sunday mornings. Have fun! I can't wait to hear all about it later or see pics.

Of course. This is a tour that will introduce you to the basics. No big deal!
