Details

Wild Goose Qigong is an amazing Qigong healing system from China that is over 2000 years old. Mimicking the delightful, playful and graceful movements of wild geese, this Qigong helps the body relax, detoxify, yet strengthen and improve the immune and nervous system at the same time.

By integrating movement, breathing and awareness, Wild Goose Qigong improves coordination, clears and uplifts one's mood and emotions, and enhances the body's self-healing ability.

Learn from an experienced Qigong teacher (since 2002) and Qigong practitioner (since 1994), who loves sharing her passion for the Wild Goose Qigong healing system and Chinese Medicine to help others heal.

Call the Northwest YMCA Front Desk for membership and class information.

**Class Time: Saturdays 12:40 - 1:55pm.** Free for YMCA members. [masked]. First time to the Y? Enter free as the teacher's guest. Just let the Front Desk know & mention Aileen's name.
