It's Full Moon time!
Together we will do opening introductions, then hike along East Ridge Trail. At one of the bench overlooks (2/3 of a mile), we'll have a 15 minute silent observation or being with the moon. Then, for those who want to participate, we'll hold a small circle conversation, connecting to the season, the moon, and each other.
Theme: The moon is a reminder of cycles and nature's rhythm. What areas in our life do we honor or not honor our own flow and pace? Everything in nature grows towards wholeness—What power/achievement/aspect of ourselves do we want to claim/own?
We'll meet at Skyline Gate Parking Lot by the water fountain. The moon rises to the East-Southeast at 8:39pm.
What to bring:
An earth (or moon!) poem if you have one you like.
Your best coyote/wolf howl.
Water and a snack.
Looking forward to meeting and exploring with you!
