Join us for an afternoon among the redwoods to explore the energy of seasonal transition together on the land, falling into earth’s wisdom - the wisdom of letting go and the slow, fruitful darkness. This week is the darkest of the year.

What to expect:
Together we will do introductions, an opening circle, earth poetry, then participate in a solo and group activity that invites us to ally ourselves with the season's energy and our wholeness.

We will explore questions such as:

How do we Celebrate Life by Honoring Darkness?
What stories, energies, ways of being/seeing/grasping do we need to let go of?
What darker parts of ourselves may we need to embrace in order for the seed of the next growth to unfurl?
Who are your inner monsters and what are they doing FOR you?

Cost: Sliding Scale $10-20
Please RSVP.

What to bring:
A blanket/seat if you need one
Perhaps an item that symbolizes what may be calling to you to let go of and/or your inner monster or shadow
Water and a snack.
