What we're about

Wild Soul Living community provides the tools and resources to connect with with your ALIVENESS as human BEING vs a human DOING.

Our workshops and events provide insights into sensuality of plants, cosmic desire of our primordial animal, and conscious awareness to our humanity.

We are a growing community. All of our workshops are direct experience based...no lecture or theory. Every workshop enhances what Danielle refers to as your erotic innocence.

Have you ever watched children play?

Simply notice how they play erotically.

How they touch, interact and bring objects to their FULL awareness.

It is my belief as we age or 'grow-up' we forget or deny ourselves the longing to be and play erotically.

To be erotic it starts in the mind ...that AROUSES our senses... to OPEN the body to receive PLEASURE.

We are pleasure beings. That is our birthright.

However, we live and breath all in linear time...

What about our primordial ways of living and doing?

Are you connected to your inner primordial animal body?

Give yourself permission to let the animals come and play.

Discover the playfulness found in plants, our animal bodies and nature.

Allow the light to shine on you. Connect with your birthright as a human BEING.

EROTIC INNOCENCE is about being playful, curious, and fully present.

The Pelvic Floor does not always get attention the way the rest of the body does. An emphasis on asana, breath, meditation, core work throughout will help you stay centered no matter what life throws your way. What is Pelvic Restore Yoga with Danielle? Yoga for your pelvic floor is a gentle Asana practice (appropriate for all levels and genders) The class will be focused on incorporating core and pelvic awareness throughout the flow. -------------------------- Did you know? A muscle is considered dysfunctional whether it is too loose or too tight. In these classes, we will focus on asanas in which the pelvic muscles can either be relaxed or strengthened to bring health and balance to this area of the body. Each class will begin with a brief description of the pelvic floor muscles followed by asana practice. What you will get: For years, women were taught that to do a Kegel (a.k.a., a pelvic floor exercise), they should squeeze the muscles that activate when you stop the flow of urine. As for men? They were (and still mostly are) under the impression that pelvic floor work wasn’t necessary. Both are NOT true! Learn visualization techniques to find and access the muscles of the pelvic floor The class is designed to locate, access, soften, stretch, strengthen and exercises various muscles groups of the pelvic floor Discuss Mula bandha and how to apply it to your asana practice Increase abdominal health and how to utilize pelvic floor in asana Why focus 'pelvic floor yoga'? Proper work of strengthening, stabilizing, stretching and softening the pelvic floor A strong pelvic floor helps keep the pelvic and abdominal organs as healthy as we age. But “strong” also means flexible. It is Danielle’s belief that the pelvis and the pelvic muscles are an underappreciated region of the anatomy. Important not only for sexuality, but the pelvic muscles are also crucial for optimal functioning of the body. Every pelvis has a story and if you want to start a conversation with yours join me!

Hi there, You are invited to a Zoom meeting. Register in advance for this meeting: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZApfu-trjsjHdBp0rCf_7XmbuvFBiMyPzj0 After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. _________ This consciousness-shifting class of exploration, play, and connection every 1st Wednesday of the month from 8:00-9:30 If you desire more aliveness and connection in every relationship in your life and to create a bigger impact in the world —join us. ________ Our Why? Being “authentic’ is very trendy. And seemingly SIMPLE! Just be YOU! Sounds like it should be the easiest thing in the world. However, we live in a society that values conformity, ‘getting along’, explicit and implicit rules of engagement, and an endless list of ‘shoulds.’ To live open-hearted is well ...tricky sometimes to say the least. ________ What is Authentic Relating Theme Nights a the Co-op on 1st: Authentic Relating Theme Night is an open-hearted space with the intention of deeper connection to create instant aliveness within self and others. Danielle Petersen’s facilitation grounds the space in the present moment and creates a container to become more open, curious, and accepting of ourselves and others. The evening is exciting, fun, exploratory, and often develops into a juicy evening full of laughs and insights. The evening consists of highly interactive partner and group exercises that demonstrate and explore authentic relating, getting to know yourself better, while at the same time learning to see and appreciate more about everyone you connect with. It is an opportunity to explore ways in which YOU become more REAL. A practice of being authentically YOU! How to see and be seen in new ways and levels of engagement with self and others. Discover more about the truth of your existence and how both dissonance and resonance foster unity to the path of self-discovery. ALL are welcome. Bring a friend, bring your partner or come solo! -------------------- Our How? This class takes place every other Wednesday and it is an opportunity to experience something new… and to gain skills to celebrate each person for the unique flavor they bring to the world. “This experience of “being seen” for who we authentically are is one of the most rewarding experiences we can have as human beings.” - Danielle Petersen, Wild Soul Living. We don’t give advice or try to fix anyone. Rather, we welcome and stay with “what is”, so we can relax into the truth of our experience, feel supported and know we are not alone. I honor the authentic you and you honor the authentic me. The process is a way to really feel into your OWN aliveness...and what you get is more courage to live from this place. -------------------- More about what to expect from the class: Laughter. Fun. Energy Transform the ordinary into juicy, heart-opening, enlightening explorations Genuine connection Feeling alive and awake Play Uncover “relational blind spots” New friends Insights. Sparks. Challenges Personal growth Transformation Be celebrated for the essence of who you are Tools for extraordinary connection -------------------- Every week a different theme: (a select few listed below) How to turn any conversation to an opportunity to FEEL your own Aliveness How to have more Courageous conversations Explore Sovereign (Your Presence) Explorer (Getting Someone’s World) Transform conflict into connection How to welcome everything and everyone without feeling overwhelmed Learn about desire and how to own yours Reawaken: The Birth of something new _________________ “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are. “ ~ Carl Jung
