A Nature Therapy Walk is an outdoor excursion like no other! What is nature therapy? You're probably noticing much mention of it (along with phrases such as "forest bathing") throughout the media, the medical community, and more.
Whether you're a seasoned backpacker or typically only step outside to get in your car, Nature Therapy Walks offer you the opportunity to get back to basics, and experience your world in a fresh, new way.
Each Walk is professionally customized to the needs of all participants, and all fitness and mobility levels are welcome!
Led by the *only* certified Guide in Baltimore, MD and the surrounding region, Wild Wanderings facilitates holistic healing and promotes overall well-being in mind, body, and soul through reconnecting with our senses to the natural world around us, and thereby the worlds within us.
