There are tons of travel apps now, but which ones does a traveler really need? At this meetup, discover apps travelers love as well as ones they have tried and uninstalled. The discussion will be lead by Daniel Bare, International Travel Expert and tech guy. Find out Dan's short list of best travel apps. I am sure to share the travel app that saved me from eating worms in Mexico too! You also can share your favorite travel app.
Our monthly Talk Travel meetup loosely starts at 6:00 pm. Come as early as 5:30 if you want, or turn up later. The first part of the meetup is travelers meeting and chatting. At approximately 6:40, we will start discussing travel apps. Wrap up is at 7:30, but you are welcome to stay longer to continue to talk to other travelers.
This is a free meetup, but, all attendees are asked to make a $3 - $5 donation. This money goes to meetup costs, plus it buys a beer or two for our volunteer speaker. Also, please support the venue by purchasing food and/or drink. BORC is normally closed on Tuesday nights, so it's important we support them.
Only RSVP for this Talk Travel if you plan to attend. If your plans change, return to meetup.com and switch your RSVP. It is helpful to have an accurate headcount so the venue knows how many to plan on.
