We incorporate art and nature into life and wellness. We believe that art and nature plays a big part into your overall life and wellness which is why we incorporate them both into our wellness program. We will have group talk sessions, art sessions, nature sessions, and various community activities every two weeks to once per month to promote wellness, self-love, healing from the past, self-improvement, and to provide support. With extensive experience in Life Coaching and a vast history of client success, my approach to coaching is unique, fulfilling, and enjoyable!
