Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is known as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a fun, ‘do-able’ and transformational yoga for busy lives. It has countless benefits – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. But ultimately its purpose is to bring you happiness, and fulfilment of your potential as a human being.

Kundalini Yoga elevates your consciousness, promotes physical well-being and expands your awareness. You will feel more relaxed and at ease with yourself. Your life will be transformed into one which is happy, healthy and harmonious.

All kinds of people come to Kundalini Yoga classes. In fact, it has been said that if you can breathe and you lean in the right direction, you will receive some benefit!

A typical class consists of a kriya (a set of exercises, often done to music, in a specific order and for a specific benefit), followed by a deep relaxation and a meditation. Our practice includes breath work(pranayam), yoga postures (asanas), chanting (mantra) and meditation.

Above all, Kundalini Yoga provides you with an experience of your highest consciousness through the safe and gradual raising of your Kundalini energy. It gives you the vitality and health that is your birthright and makes you radiant, peaceful and strong so you are better able to meet life’s challenges.

All levels of experience are always welcome, including absolute beginners.

You'll leave feeling energised but relaxed and centred. The studio is beautifully designed and very well equipped, with a heated wooden floor - a real oasis of cosiness and calm.
