We'll use yoga, meditation, pranayama and mantra to create a sacred space and provide a welcome break from your busy schedule. You'll leave feeling relaxed, centred and energised.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is known as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a fun, ‘do-able’ and transformational yoga for busy lives. It has countless benefits – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. But ultimately its purpose is to bring happiness, and fulfilment of your potential as a human being.
All kinds of people come to Kundalini Yoga classes. In fact, it has been said that if you can breathe and you lean in the right direction, you will receive some benefit!
Mats, blankets and cushions provided. You may want to bring a bottle of water and you'll get the most from the class if you don't et a heavy meal for at least two hours beforehand.
