What we're about

“This is a group for anyone interested in learning and practicing Zen meditation. All levels of experience are welcome. I started this group to meet others who wanted to benefit from a close-knit, local meditation community. Our schedule includes meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation, chanting, mindful movement and short readings with discussion. Looking forward to your presence at our next Sunday gathering.”
