Join us for a free outdoor fitness class! While this will not involve skating it is still a lot of fun and a great way to cross train. You can even bring non-skater friends or family. This will be a full body workout and is suitable for all fitness levels. You will pick one of three fitness levels and the trainer adjusts exercises so the workout will be challenging but not intimidating. A lot of the exercises are partner/group which make it a lot more fun than a typical class. This is not boot camp style. It is a friendly, fun, outdoor workout.
For the free class all you need to do is show up 10 minutes before class time – no reservation necessary. If you register online you can avoid filling out the waiver form at the class – put Windy City Skaters for Company.

If you don't come by car and need a place to leave your stuff, you will be able to leave it inside the youtside van.
If you want to continue after this free class, I spoke with the owner and he will offer all of us the reduced ‘corporate’ rate for any unlimited membership (1 or 6 month commitment) if 10 of us sign up and 10% off any class package.
