Responsive Design vs Mobile Design

Greg T.

A few of you may have read my rants against responsive design as the be all and end all of designing for the mobile device. I think that having a completely separate design specifically for a mobile device is the way to go. Anyway here is an article that is a must read for anyone designing web sites today. It compares and contrasts Obama's site which uses responsive design with Romney's site which has a completely different design when accessed via mobile. I don't agree with several assumptions made in the article, but I do think this is a valuable read. Enjoy!
