Endless Wine and Food at the Santa Clarita Wine Festival: $45 only for our group

Wine & Dine Deal of the Summer…

We are going to join the Circle of Hope (breast cancer charity) for their annual wine and food festival in Santa Clarita.

Normal tickets to the event are $65, members of the Wine Elite can join for $45 (recommended, not obligatory), and here’s how:

The event lasts 4 hours (6-10pm on Saturday, August 17th), and we are helping out for 2 hours with pouring wines, BUT THEN have the other 2 hours to enjoy the tasting and food offerings like all other guests.

pay here: with credit card

“It's an evening of amazing wines, plenty of gourmet food stations to enjoy a terrific buffet, wine-friendly dinner (grilled chicken breast, tri tip), veggie lasagna, some other terrific Italian entree, salad bar, veggies, cheese, fruit, crackers, bread, desserts, + other things, and local dessert assortments -- in the wine room.  The beer garden, with a terrific selection of craft brews, will have food pairings, also, consisting of sliders, pulled pork sandwiches, and, likely sausages.”

$45 in total will cover a donation to the Circle of Hope as well as other basic costs. The pouring of the wines will be highly educational, we will all get a teach-in by Kevin Byrne, the regional marketing manager of Wine Warehouse, on how to handle this part properly. In past years, pourers also received some wine gifts at the end of the evening, there are usually left-over bottles.

More than 60 wines are expected to be served, several of these should be high quality. We attended the event last year and tasted many rare and expensive wines.

Join this fun and engaging evening of wine pouring, learning about wines and enjoying serious tastes. You won’t be alone during the event, join a Wine Elite guided tasting tour during your 2 hours off.

When you RSVP please send Joey your contact info (phone and email) to [masked] so that he can provide you the Wine Elite pourer ticket.

What a nice event! So many respectable wines - and beers - too! The food was unbelievable. Loved it.

Had a great time. Excellent selection of library wines, abundant food and wonderful people - what more could one ask for.

Joey, I tried to pay for my +1 (Doug) but pay pal wouldn't allow. So far I have only paid for myself. How can I pay the rest?

Hi Terri, unfortunately you would need to fill out the credit card form once again, for an additional person. Excited to see you both at the Wine Festival.

Yes, everyone can bring additional guests. They need to prepay at this point too... Thanks Lynn!
