It is very rare that I name an event after the place, but it simply means "morsels and sips" and I thought, that's exactly what we will have.
We know and love Gattopardo. Chef Lino has opened a deli bar in CBD (see TLN article "Holy Capicola") which we simply must try. So we shall.
There will be antipasti:
'Risone' pasta with saffron,
Mini Capresce (Tomato, basil and mozzarella salad),
Piadina (prosciutto crudo & cheese panini),
Signature roasted pork belly with sweet potato purée,
e certo, vini!
