Manitoba Writers' Guild membership renewal time is coming up. Our membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th.
This year we are holding a special membership renewal event June 3rd at McNally Robinson:
On June 3 drop in anytime at McNally Robinson Community Classroom at Grant Park between 10:30 and 4:30 to renew your MWG membership and pick up your free McNally Robinson Reader Reward Card. Members of our Board of Directors will be on hand for a meet and greet. Chat with them about your writing -- or their writing, about the Guild, volunteer opportunities, and more.
There will be readings from Directors' books and copies of our inaugural Dave Williamson National Short Story Contest anthology "Beyond Boundaries" available, as well as our MWG Journal.
There will also be: Raffles! Prizes! Fun! Free coffee. Free doughnuts. All day long in the McNally Robinson Community Classroom.
Drop in to say "hi" or stay awhile and join in the fun! We hope to see you there. Bring a friend.
