This group is fit for everybody, all levels are welcome! If you don't like box gyms, have no clue of what to do, hate working out alone..then this would be the perfect time to join our group. If you enjoy group exercises and would like to meet new people join us! We will be running different exercises and activities such as fitcamps, weightloss challenges, yoga, walking, running.
