Free Fit Camp
Come join our free fit camps each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can attend the 6:30am camp or the 6:30pm camp (or both if you want).
Just bring a mat, some water and lots of fun energy.
All levels of fitness from beginner to athlete. Our fit camps are 1 hour of high energy workouts that will challenge you from whatever level you are now to the level you want to go. Lets work out together and encourage each other to get in the best shape of our lives!
