Free Fit Camp

Ready for some FREE FIT CAMPS???

Total body group workouts that feel good - get lean, burn fat, gain muscle, boost metabolism, gain energy...what's your wish? We get results!

Come join us each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6:30pm.

Bring a mat, plenty of water, weights if you like and lots of fun energy.

All levels of fitness from beginner to athlete. Our fit camps are 1 hour of high energy (at your level) workouts that will challenge you from whatever level you are now to the level you want to go. Let's work out together and encourage each other to get in the best shape of our lives! Our fit camps are always FREE!
