Join Certified Instructor Sifu: Richard Pinela in a class of Tai Qi for Energy and Health. In this class you will learn the warm up and cool down exercise.
You will then learn the slow, smooth and gentle movements of Sun Style Tai Qi which will help you strengthen and tone muscles, help with your breathing, cardiovascular, physical balance, mental acuity and focus etc.
After learning the Sun Style movements we will combine the slow, smooth and gentle movements of Sun Style with Chen Style Tai Chi in an intermediate Class of Tai Qi for Energy.
