Come Join Certified Instructor Richard Pinela every Monday from 10:45 AM to 12:00 Noon in a gentle class of an over 2000 year old practice of Tai Chi and Qigong. These slow gentle exercise improves balance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness strength and health. I has also improved the quality of life for Cancer, Parkinson suffers and people with Arthritis.
