Waterfall to Agile with Atlassian
Have you been a part of a team that moved from Waterfall to Agile? Have you see a fair bit of failures and want to tell discuss it? We thought we'd invite some of our customers to share their story and we are very lucky to have Mark Drysdale, CTO of Flux, to speak on transformation in general and in the way it affects teams. These are the points that we are hoping to cover: • Did the tool initiate change with the company project culture or was the company relatively agile in its approach? • Challenges with capturing workflow in Jira/Confluence • How has Jira/Confluence improved workflow? • Does anyone use it for collaborating with customers and how do they manage this? • How are escalated projects are handled within Jira? • Other teams in the same stage of transitioning away from a traditional waterfall approach to agile using Jira/Confluence. After that TechTime will be hosting a panel of Q&A for all your general Jira questions that you might have accumulated since last we've met. We are also there to provide the group with essentials: venue/pizza/drinks/swag. Please note that start time might slightly change, so watch this space.
