- Couples Prayer Walk
Join us for a unique event for couples (those dating, married, engaged, etc). This event involves a fun mix of walking nature paths, answering interesting questions meant to bond you with your partner, and short prayers along the way to ask for God's blessing on your areas of growth. Bring sun glasses, hats for shade, comfortable shoes, bug spray (if needed). Water and a snack will be provided for you. Park at the Amphitheater parking once you turn into Heritage Park and you will see me posted there with your instructions and refreshments. Once you arrive and get your instructions, you and your partner will head out on the nature path!

- Free Cooking Class- Healthy Living Made Simple
FREE EVENT!! This is a Vital Force Fitness Event supported by Woman-to-Woman. Please join us! Healthy Living Made Simple is a holistic health seminar that deals with the needs of individuals physically, spiritually and mentally. It addresses concerns in these areas primarily by tackling diet, health and fitness to provide insight on how the various aspects of the body and mind work together and impact one another. We plan on having different events once a quarter all of which will include plant-based food samples and information that people can take with them to implement at home. Our next event is a cooking class and the goal is to help people learn how to make healthy, delicious meals that are easy to prepare and inexpensive.
