Let's get outdoors in our own area and discover the new things and places to be active, and to stay healthy !
Let me start by saying I am not a personal trainer. I am an outgoing and friendly person who loves to eat but also loves to be active! I get bored so easily doing the same fitness routine at the same gym. I would be lying if I said it's comfortable trying new activities alone. This is why I created this group. Trying different things excites me and having accountability excites me even more. I believe switching things up to shock your body is usually the best way to conquer stubborn fatty areas. This will be a EXCITING way to work as a TEAM and have FUN doing it ! I will also include social events to stay connected.
This will be a club for community, support, socializing, and all working together toward our own individual goals.
This club is designed to connect like-minded woman working to improve their quality of their relationships, health, lifestyle, and body. We will be meeting a minimum of 2 times a month and doing something fun to keep us on track, discussing struggles, supporting each other and sharing new ideas.
