What we're about
Come get inspired! This is an inclusive, safe, and experimentally holistic meeting. All body types, ages, and sexual orientation.
This meet up is offered by Liana Allen, CMT, AP, and embraces all members who are seeking to optimize their fertility in a natural way, or simply to balance their moon cycles and hormonal landscape.
Let's get together to share journeys, to offer insights and resources. This meet up is holistically inspired, and geared towards reproductive issues.
I offer a uterine meditation from the Mayan Abdominal Therapy, and lovely samples of abdominal massage to each member. Bring a yoga mat if you would like to receive a massage and/or to lie down during meditation if that is your preferred position.
Be open to holistic approaches
Be nonjudgmental towards others
Be open to cry and to laugh
Be inspired by others' journeys
Be grateful and appreciate the beauty of your unique path
For your own protection, please avoid drugs, alcohol, and over the counter synthetic medications as they can negatively affect your body response to bodywork.
Abdominal massage will not be given to members who:
have an IUD
are on a menstrual cycle or five days before their menstrual cycle
have been diagnosed with cancer anywhere in their abdomen
are undergoing chemotherapy
have been diagnosed with abdominal aneurysm
have an acute infection anywhere in their belly.
The meet up is small fee based to sustain the lovely offering.
I am not a qualified medical physician, or naturopathic doctor, nor do I represent myself as such. Therefore, do not prevent, diagnose, or claim to cure physical diseases, mental unbalances, or injuries. I do not intend to advise against the use of mainstream conventional medicine. No information offered by myself at the meeting is to be understood as justification for discontinuing any treatment recommended by a qualified health care professional, nor should it be considered a substitute for consultation within the orthodox health care system.
When you RSVP, you commit to following the above rules of etiquette and to acknowledging the disclaimer. Thank you :)
