Hi ladies! some of you may know me and some of you may not. I'm Cindy Menard and I'm a personal fitness trainer and group fitness instructor at Hubfit Studio. I just wanted to let all of you know what's happening at Hubfit during the month of March. I love to ride bike as much as you do, but I know, to be a strong biker it's important to maintain, or gain upper body, core, hip, and glute strength. Spring is right around the corner and we'll be out side riding on our bikes! So now is a great time to start getting those muscles strong!!
Group training- 2 for 1. Pick a buddy and train together! Of course you can schedule one on one training, but sometimes it's more fun to exercise with a friend. For the month of March I'm offering 10 sessions for $300 or 24 sessions for $600. You and your friend split the cost!
I have 6 sessions left for the 3pm TRX class on Monday's and 6 sessions left for the 7am Boot Camp class on Thursday's. We meet 1 time a wk and the classes are 45 min long. You pay for the amount of sessions left, $60.
Friday Night Fights- Friday's at 5:45pm. Just show up! $10 is all it cost! Bring your own gloves if you have them. If not I have a few pairs I can let you borrow. You don't have to have any boxing experience, I'll show you the ropes!
