What we're about

Women Traveling the World Together' is a meetup group established for ladies of all ages who love to travel and explore the world. I love to travel and it's definitely more fun to travel with someone you know - even if you don't want to share a room.

Do you love to travel or want to explore it and see if you'll like it? Do you have lots of travel ideas, but can't decide where to go first or have no one to share them with? Do you have a bucket list you're trying to check off? This groups for you

Whether you're single or have a family, regardless of your budget, there are opportunities for everyone to travel. The primary purpose of this group is to provide an opportunity for members build lasting friendships, singles to find potential travel mates, couples to travel with other couples, and families to travel with other families.

I encourage all women who have a desire for traveling to join this group. Are you single, married, have children? WELCOME! Most of our local meetups will be open to just the ladies but there will be some where couples and families will be welcome. And, ALL of our travel meetups are open to singles, couples, and families.

Trip ideas will be put together throughout the year. We will travel all over the world, by sea, river, and land. Trips will be over a weekend or longer. Many will revolve around special events or themes.

If you are a Travel Agent or member of a travel related MLM, this group is not for you as we have a resident Travel Agent who manages all of our travel. If you are a business owner, please do not join if your intent is to solicit for your business as that is not this group's theme or purpose.

**Members are strongly encouraged and expected to attend meetups and suggest travel destinations and trip ideas as well as invite friends and family to join us on our travels. Special incentives may be available to our "Travel Group Leaders**

You don't have to travel alone! So, let's start building a community who all want to explore the world!

PAUL IN GREECE - $999 (Land Only) 7-13 March 2022 ONLY

Online event

LAND ONLY $999.
REGISTRATION AND FINAL PAYMENT: 6 January 2022
REGISTRATION: https://www.carpevitatravel.com/GroupRegistrations/view/101613[masked]
No roommate? No problem. They will try to match you if you request it.

DAY 1 - DEPART THE USA
Your pilgrimage begins as you depart the USA on your international flight. (Flight not included.)

DAY 2 - ARRIVE IN GREECE
You will arrive in Thessaloniki, Greece, where you will be met by our representative and transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight. (D)

Day 3 – AMPHIPOLIS, PHILIPPI, and NEAPOLI (KAVALA)
Follow in the footsteps of Paul and Silas to Amphipolis and explore the ruins of the many Christian basilicas there. Today’s last stop is Neapolis (Kavala), one of Greece’s most picturesque mainland ports where Paul landed with his disciples, Timothy and Silas. See the Roman Aqueduct and Acropolis before returning to Thessaloniki for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Day 4 – THESSALONIKA and VERIA (BEREA)
As you explore St. George’s Basilica, believed to be built over the synagogue where Paul preached, reflect on the two epistles the apostle Paul wrote to the Thessalonian church here. Follow the path of Paul when he fled Thessaloniki for the safety of Veria (Berea), where Jews and some honorable Greeks accepted the new faith (Act 17: 10-12). Continue on to Kalambaka for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Day 5 – METEORA and DELPHI
As you visit the rock forest of Meteora (“in the heavens above”) in western Thessaly, imagine the apostle Paul walking that treacherous terrain on his missionary journey. Walk the Sacra Via to the Athenian Treasury, Theatre and the Temple of Apollo, where the oracle performed her prophetic rituals. As you consider the incredible amount of pagan influence just in Delphi alone, you will gain a new appreciation for the tremendous spiritual opposition the apostle Paul faced in preaching the Gospel of Christ here. Continue to Athens for overnight. (B,D)

Day 6 – CORINTH and CENCHRAEAE
Tour the city of Corinth, where the apostle Paul met fellow tentmakers Aquila and Priscilla and received a vision from the Lord saying, “I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city” (Acts 18: 10). Stop briefly at the port town of Cenchreae from which Paul later departed for Syria (Acts 18: 12-18). Return to Athens for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Day 7 – RETURN TO USA
Return home with a new understanding of the apostle Paul’s life and ministry.
