Cookies and Coding with Ember!

Hey Coders,

Jeff Felchner will be presenting his full-length demo on Ember.js. We thoroughly enjoyed his lightning talk in February and invited him to give a more in depth talk on Ember.js.

Jeff, an awesome Nashville native, is the co-founder of The Kompanee, a web-shop focused on WordPress and Ruby on Rails. He will be presenting an intro to Ember.js. Come get ignited!

This meetup will be live streamed by Austin Tech Live. Check out their twitter feed, @AustinTechLive, around 7-7:15 pm on 4/7 for the live stream url.

After Jeff's talk, we will have an hour of study time. You are welcome to work on anything you would like in our friendly and helpful environment. Coders of all abilities are welcome! Bring your projects and questions. If you are a beginner, we can help you get started. If you're an intermediate programmer looking for a challenge, we can help you find problems to work on.

This event is intended to be exclusively open for people who identify as female.

Cookies and drinks provided by Women Who Code.

Street parking is free after 6 pm or the Omni Hotel parking is available for $5 after 6pm. Capital Factory staff will hand out parking stub validations after the meetup and until cleanup time.

See you Monday night!

it's 6:52 and just now done with work. Don't want to be rude and show up late. I am so disappointed, but really hope to make it next week.
