If you are looking for a job in the tech industry, frustrated with tech interviews, or want to be prepared for rainy days - this workshop is for you(*)! The workshop is designed to give you the system you need to win the hiring process, in an interactive and practical way.

Our instructor, Gina (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ginahallaustin/), is a full stack engineer and a meticulous organizer. She developed THE SYSTEM during her job hunt, and has successfully helped other women(**) find developer jobs with it.

The workshop includes:
🔸Building your narrative - the cornerstone of resume and interview behaviors
🔸Creating resume and online presence
🔸Managing job hunting process
🔸How to talk to recruiters, phone interviewers, answer “cultural fit” questions
🔸How to prepare and practice for tech interview
🔸Whiteboarding interview demos and practices

At the end, you will have worksheets, tools, skills, and most importantly - the confidence and the mindset for a successful job hunting.
