Front End Lab (FEL) is a study group where women can come together and help each other learn and understand web development. We welcome devs of all levels and encourage those with more experience to help out those that are just starting. There's always at least one mentor or leader present to help you with best practices or to guide you through if you are stuck with a nasty problem!
In order to maximize your benefits from FEL, please bring your laptop. Extra computers will not be available at the event. Even if you have never coded before, you will be coding at FEL!
We ask that everyone RSVP with their own meetup profile instead of bringing guests because the host building requires names in advance to check people in. Please be cognizant of this!
Every study group will have the following format:
• 6:30pm - Setup
• 6:40 - 6:50pm - Quick introductions
• 6:50 - 8:15pm - Code!
• 8:15 - 8:30pm - Wrap Up
Crowdskout will be providing beer, wine, soda and other soft drinks for attendees! Pizza is provided by Demosphere (https://demosphere.com/), a tech company for sports organizations.

Women Who Code is a community focused on the centering, support and uplifting of women and non-binary folks (W&NB) in tech. We are a trans friendly space and actively welcome trans members. Our events are intended to inspire W&NB to excel in technology careers.
A note to allies: Allies are required to consider the impact of their presence ... therefore please reflect on what your attendance would mean to a group focused on the centering of W&NB folks in tech.
Because we value the safety and security of our members and strive to have an inclusive community, we do not tolerate harassment of members or event participants in any form. Our Code of Conduct (http://bit.ly/wwcode-code-of-conduct) applies to all events run by Women Who Code, Inc. If you would like to report an incident or contact our leadership team, please submit an incident report form (http://bit.ly/wwcode-incident-form).
