Hey ladies,

Come participate! All languages welcomed!

Pandora Media in Oakland will be hosting our first event. Thank you Pandora!

To all those thinking about attending, it doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an experienced coder, this is an opportunity to connect with other women in the East Bay community who love to hack. You can come ready to work on your own project, to start learning to write code through on-line resources, or to check in with other women if you're hoping to onboard people to work on a new idea. This event is open to all.

One last thing. Children age 6+ are welcome! Support staff and volunteers will be on hand to watch your kids while you code. Pretty sweet - thanks in advance, Pandora!

Schedule:

6:30 - 7pm - Welcome

7 - 7:15pm - Intro

7:15 - 7:20pm - Lightening Talk given by Pandora's Software Engineer Laura Leaverton

7:20 - 8:45pm - Hack on

We look forward to seeing you there!

Paulette Luftig, WWCode East Bay Director

This event is open people who identify as a woman. Women Who Code is emphatically trans-friendly.
