Today, we solved these questions :

    1. Design an algo to find all the pairs of integers within an array which sum to a specified value. Flollow up : O(n) time
    2. Suppose we have an array a1,a2,…,an,b1,b2,…,bn. Implement an algo to change this array to a a1,b1,a2,b2,…,an,bn. 3. Suppose we have a Link List a1,a2,…,an,b1,b2,…,bn. Implement an algo to change this Link List to a a1,b1,a2,b2,…,an,bn. 4. You are given an array with numbers [11, 3, 11, 11, 3, 2, 0, -1, 2] . Write a function that returns the number that appears “odd” number of times. We also discussed HashTables, Hash Functions, in which problems we should consider Hashes, Bit Operations and when to use.

Thanks to Courtney from Akvelon for giving us some tips on our job searching process and supporting women coders.

We will continue solving problems next week. here is the link to join and make it happen http://www.meetup.com/Women-Who...

Afternoon Ladies! Looking forward to seeing you all this evening! There's a few options for parking, you can either pay for parking in our garage or you can find street parking pretty easily in the area.

Sorry I missed the last meeting, how was it? Just one thought, is there material or topic to prepare before the meet up?
    Cheers

You don't need to do a special preparation but it will be good to have an understanding of data structures and algorithms. Our goal is to share the knowledge and work on the problems together.

One more thought, is there a way to do discussion online for those who can't make the meet up?
