What we're about

This is a group for women who want to get together with other women and exercise. The goal is to keep each other motivated and encouraged. The group is formed with around age 40 to 60 in mind but any age, younger or older is welcome. The meetings will consist of getting together and taking part in an agreed upon form of exercise (outdoor, indoor, walking, jogging, cycling, spinning, yoga, etc.).
