Giving to our families, friends, careers etc can leave women feeling tired and depleted. Women's Yoga Circle is a supportive and encouraging community that works to grow in health and wellness through yoga and gentle exercise. It is every woman's birth right to feel happy, healthy and whole and these three things are gifts that we give ourselves when we take the time to repair and care for ourselves. We week at two difference locations 2 times per week. Monday 7pm, Sterling Heights Wednesday 6pm, Hazel Park Memorial Library
This is a supportive and nurturing group of beginner level yoga women. We welcome all body types and fitness levels. Yoga is for everyone!
This group meets every Wednesday except for the last Wednesday of the month.
