This meetup will shed light and give tips and hands on exercises on how to deal with stress, anxiety and depression. There are natural ways to combat this modern epidemic.
Come and learn how diet, mind body connection, supplements and essential oils can help combat, stop and reverse the harmful effects of modern life.
In addition to lecture and product show case, we will do hands on exercises with a guided meditation. A had out will be provided with links to relevant recommended resources. Please rsvp and feel free to bring a friend who might suffer from tension, depression and dealing with a recent loss of a job, relationship or anything meaningful for that matter. We will also have a Q&A at the end, so please bring in your questions!
