Our body’s specific “trouble spot” fat areas are indicators of our hormonal state. We will note the differences and similarities between male and female trouble spots and the corresponding hormones.

Do you have problem falling asleep? Are you fearful or anxious? Do you carry extra weight that sits in certain spots in your body and it's hard to get rid of? Do you have painful periods, or are you going thru menopause?

With age, stress etc, our hormones get out of whack. We will look at natural ways to balance the main hormones:

Cortisol, estrogen, thyroid and testosterone as well as insulin.

With balanced hormones, it's easy to loose weight, sleep soundly, have more energy and have a sense of overall well being.
