Women interested in moving mindfully together in a supportive community.

We meet first Tuesdays of the month in San Mateo at the Peninsula Ballet school and are facilitated by Claire Alexander (inbodied.com).

Using movement to be fully embodied – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually – means being home for the beautiful ride of being alive. We start with a simple, focused exercise as a springboard to the practice of showing up and learning to stay with our experience. This courageous exploration leaves us more fluid, flexible, and free to experience all of the richness of being at home in our bodies.
