What we're about

The purpose of the Women's Mindfulness Group is to meet and connect with an intimate group of like-minded women to talk about real topics related to personal growth, self-love, self-acceptance, relationships, health, mindfulness, wellness, and healing. It’s a safe space to be yourself, be vulnerable, speak your truth, share ideas and connect with others on a deeper level. Every month we discuss a different topic & you learn new tools which you can begin to apply to your life immediately. The conversation will be led by Meli Bolanos (Life Coach).

We meet in person in Miami (or you can join us remotely via zoom) and we discuss a different topic + you learn Practical Coaching Tools related to that month's topic. These tools can be put into practice immediately.

You will walk away with a full heart and full mind, having met like-minded woman, having learned great tools, and having taking care of yourself that evening.

***each person decides and creates their own experience. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SHARE ANYTHING ABOUT YOU if you don't want to. You can simply listen. There are no rules other than whatever we share that day should be kept private to respect everyone's privacy. Other than that, no one has to share or open up or speak if they don't wish to***
