For confidence, mind-body agility, healing, safety, awareness, & strength, we'll take small steps for homeostasis and capacity to reach your goals and thrive. Practices have a warmup, mind-body activities, and a self-defense skill (which may be observational or physical), all moderated for your current ability.
We also have online activities and discussions to stay engaged and to provide you support along your journey. Inactive group members will be removed from this group.
Let's make it more fun and effective to get stronger and wiser. There may be a lot of work to do, and there's also a lot to celebrate. We each have something to contribute, so it will be better together.
For Women ages ~16-106+. All diverse backgrounds and LGBTQ+ are warmly invited. Hablo un poco de Espanol y quiero practicar. Under 18 must have a guardian. Practices with dogs are a possibility.
For COVID-19 Safety, practices will either be online or outdoors with lots of space for more than 6 feet distancing. Masks are required for outdoor practices.
