Join us for a Shamanic Drum Journey in an intimate setting. Space is limited to 15 women. Please be sure to read how to get to the space, and how to park.
The drum journey is the heart and soul of shamanic practice. We will meet and work with our Spirit guides for our own healing, to learn how to be of service to others, and how to fulfill our life's purpose. This circle, which is ideal for both beginners and advanced practitioners, will feature a longer-than-usual drum journey, along with plenty of time for questions, sharing and general discussion. It's a great way to spend some "quality time" with your Spirit guides, and to share in the abundant wisdom of the women in our circle!
Please dress comfortably, and feel free to bring drums, rattles or other instruments, along with a journal for recording any insights received on your journey. Also feel free to bring an item to put on the altar during our circle.
We will gather around 10:30 am and close the doors at 11:00 am. The circle will end at 1:00 pm. There is a suggested donation of $10.00 per person to cover the costs of renting space. RSVP limited to 10 women. There will be a waiting list. Please be sure to change your RSVP, should your plans change, so that women on the waiting list may join us.
Parking and Location Information
The address for this circle is 2520 Longview Street, Suite 313, Austin, Texas 78705. Please be sure to park in a Visitor marked parking space under the building, or park on the street. Yes, it is pay to park on the street but property management will tow unauthorized vehicles that are not parked in a Visitor space. Visitor parking is located under all three sections of the building and behind the building at the end of the street. To access the spots behind the building, drive to the cul-de-sac. You will see a parking entrance to the right.
The room we will be meeting in is on the second floor but it is marked as the third floor because there is not a first floor. There is an elevator available. There will be a few chairs available but you may want to bring your own cushion to sit on and a pillow or blanket to help make sure that you're comfy during the circle, especially if you plan to journey lying down on the floor. It is very easy to regulate the temperature in this space so it should not be too cold or too hot.
