Drumming Class and Sound Bath at The Open Doors Metaphysical Gift and Book Store

Drum circles bring people together. Through the physical movement of drumming and meditative rhythms, drumming encourages relaxation and healing.

Drumming releases endorphins and Alpha waves in the brain, which are associated with general feelings of well-being. In this drum circle, Jan will teach hand drumming techniques, and explore world rhythms.

Jan will end with a sound bath for the last 10 minutes!

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS AT HTTPS://OPENDOORS7.COM or[masked].

Cost: $15 Early Registration If Register At Least 4 Days Prior

Drumming is a great workout for your mind and body! It encourages stress release and relaxation. It can actually make you smarter because, when you drum, you access your entire brain. Research shows that rhythm synchronizes the left and right hemispheres. So, when the logical left hemisphere and the intuitive right hemisphere of your brain begin to pulsate together, your inner guidance system (intuition) becomes stronger, and your chakras become clearer.

Dust off your Djembe and join us!

No experience necessary.
You must register through open doors.

Open Doors [masked])

No drum, no problem. We have drums here for your use.
