Need a roommate? We will do our best to find one for you!

NOTE: There is a chance that you may not have a room mate if we have an odd number or if some book singles, in that event if you still want to attend you may have to wait and see if someone else books or pay for a single. Just something to think about, especially if you book late. Those with Qualifications (ie snorers etc.) we will do our best to pair you up with a roommate, in the event we cannot find you one you may have to pay for a single. NOTE: THE EARLIER YOU BOOK THE HIGHER YOU ARE ON THE LIST TO BE MATCHED WITH A ROOMMATE. Please be as honest as possible when you are fill out rooming request forms, if you are a snorer and list yourself as a non snorer, you will be responsible for finding other suitable rooming while vacationing, at your expense, if you don't think you are a snorer and find out you are, you are also liable for finding suitable rooming at your expense.

We have chosen dates based on the past 25 years of peak cherry blossom's, like everything it's not a guarantee....we also wanted to stay clear of school vacation weeks.....kids rule on vacation weeks!

Let's face it we all like a nice hotel and the heated pool is a plus for some down time, for us the Marriott Courtyard was a no brainer!

We also took into consideration cost and best use of our time while visiting. Our early flight out gives us almost a full day first day. We are very happy with what we incorporated into our itinerary *all the must-see's of DC*. Limiting our trip to three nights, has everyone home on Sunday and back to work on Monday, while making the trip affordable.
