You'll have the opportunity to lose weight, have more energy, lower your risk for chronic disease and benefit your overall wellness. It's all about building those healthy habits. Each week, join Kristi and the group for a 2-4 mile, easy to moderate hike at one of the beautiful local parks. Kristi brings over 10 years' experience in teaching movement courses and leading outdoor activities to support each participant in whole-body health. Hikes include additional exercises and helpful wellness tips. Plus, you'll be connecting with an amazing group of women. We'll encourage one another, laugh together and get our bodies moving!
These 6-week hiking series for women are offered in the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons.

Some parks charge a day-use parking fee. Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce cost and support the environment.
Walks are Saturday mornings starting at 9:30am. We'll meet at a different park each week. See individual meetup dates for more details. Happy hiking!
