These 6-week walking series for women are offered multiple times throughout the year and are designed to provide you some extra support in your wellness goals while having fun! You'll have a chance to increase your physical activity and lose weight, which can help you feel better, have more energy, lower your risk for chronic disease, and support your overall health. Each week, enjoy a 2-4 mile, easy to moderate walk/hike guided by Kristi Bowman at one of the beautiful Sonoma County parks. Receive helpful wellness tips along the trail. Not only will you have the opportunity to get exercise and enjoy the outdoors, you'll be connecting with a supportive group of women with similar wellness goals. We'll encourage one another, laugh together, get our hearts pumping and walk our way to greater health!

Some Sonoma County parks charge a day-use parking fee. Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce cost and support the environment.
