There are countless physical activities out there, but walking has the lowest dropout rate of them all! It's the simplest positive change you can make to effectively improve your heart health. Research has shown that the benefits of walking and moderate physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day can help you. There really are so many benefits for such a simple activity!
My intention when creating this group was for Women to help other women reach their personal fitness and health goals, by cheering each other on and making new friends. There is nothing like hitting the pavement, tracks or trails and letting go of the weeks worries or stressors like walking. It's so much fun and ALL women from all backgrounds, body shapes and sizes can do it. Let's empower one another and reach our goals, laugh and get a little exercise in together- there's nothing like accountability partners who have fun in the process! See you soon!
