What we're about

This is a group for women who are interested in having a happy, healthy relationship with themselves, others and their mental health.

If you're struggling with feeling alone, frustrated, want to learn how to have better mental health, or want fun + friendly support from other ladies who understand - then this meetup is for you.

This is for you if:
- You're a woman (or identify as one)
- You want to create and maintain happy relationships (with yourself, others, food, mind, body... everything)
- You struggle with life here in Sweden
- You're interested in mental health
- You want to give + get help, support, and advice

This group is not for:
- Trying to sell your services or stuff
- Multi-level marketing
- Therapy
- Eating disorders or psychological disorders (you're very welcome to come, but I'm not licensed to help you with that).

What will we do?
We'll meet twice a month for fika and a chat - usually with a particular theme or focus to get us started. I'll be there with professional tips + advice, but it's not a seminar or presentation. More like a group of friends where you can get answers and support so you can move forward with creating new habits and lifestyle changes that stick.
