This is a group for anyone interested in the art of creating (and eating) authentic artisan Neapolitan pizza and creating and sharing other excellent foods in a wood fired ovens.
All knowledge levels are welcome and you don't need to have a wood fired oven or be skilled in wood fired cooking to join us. We are all learning, exploring artisan craft and enjoying great wood fired food together!
We'll work on fire management, best doughs,sauces and toppings. We'll make focaccia, steaks, paella and other dishes together. We will create and eat at group member's homes. Other weeks we will head out to the more innovative, best authentic regional pizzerias and wood fired restaurants to have fun and compare notes on what works and doesn't for the pro's. Above all, we'll have fun, eat great food, make friendships and work on perfecting our craft together.
