This group is for individuals who would like to try the C25k program with the goal of completing the 9 week program to prepare to run a 5k. This group is for people new to running and even new to a fitness program, experienced runners are of course welcome, but this is a pretty slow moving program so I don't know how much you will get out of it. 

• We will meet 3 nights a week, tentatively Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30pm 

• The program takes around 30 minutes per day

• We will meet in the Woodhaven/Brownstown/Trenton area. 

• The plan is for the group to run from June 12th until August 18th and finish with a 5k on August 20th.
